COMMERCIAL CENTRE – TIRANA (ALBANIA)

In the central square of the city it has been proposed the insertion of an underground commercial centre on two floors with car park, in addition to the rearrangement of the upper public space. The big shape of the square allow simple entrances. Covered paths intersect the streets which reach the square. Wide lamps allow to illuminate with natural light some areas and internal public spaces.
